- Energy beyond "positive and negative" — the fuller spectrum of what drains you vs. what fills you (energizing/draining, lack/abundant, pessimism/optimism) and how the universal laws are running underneath every social media interaction

Create the new

- Giving yourself permission to outgrow the identity your feed, algorithms and subconscious social usage have been keeping you tied to
- Turning your scrolling habits into something that reflects the life you're calling in — aligned with what you desire
- Real examples from my own feed — memes and posts I shared over the years, and how they manifested in my life
